Srinivas Garimella is the founder Director of Vega Conveyors & Automation Ltd. – a company in the field of Material Handling & Automation.

Vega, a pioneer in Material Handling Automation, provides an integrated product and material handling solution to its various customers in E-commerce, Retail, FMCG & Food industrial segments. Even though Vega’s beginnings were very humble, Vega has achieved substantial growth the last 19 years clocking a CAGR of more than 28% and boasts of 350+ customers spread across India and parts of the globe. Srinivas’s skills at maintaining a competitive edge, creating new solutions for his customers and leveraging human resources potential have been the driving forces in propelling his company to desired heights.

Srinivas Garimella is often called upon to give guest lectures on entrepreneurship to students of Osmania University, JNTU, GITAM University and various other professional colleges. He is an endurance runner enthusiast and he was the regional winner of Microsoft’s Entrepreneurship Challenge for the year 2012-13. His company was also voted by the Govt of India as one of top 100 SMEs in India for the year 2014.

He is a Managing Committee Member of FTAPCCI ( Federation of Telangana & AP Chambers of Commerce & Industry ) and a few other industrial bodies. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Andhra University and prior to starting his own enterprise was the regional Manager of a Multinational IT firm for more than 10 years.
